In the first 600cc National race of the day TAS/Relentless Rider Ian Lowery stormed off the line and headed the field of Laverty, Donald, Amor and Co and going into the second lap, Lowery was stretching his lead. Drama was to follow on the approach to the chicane, as Lowery retired with machine problems, leaving team mate Michael Laverty to take control at the front and going on to take the first win of the day. Second was Cameron Donald with fellow Uel Duncan rider, Keith Amor third

In the second of the 600cc National races it was win number one for Aussie Cameron Donald, 2nd going to team-mate Keith Amor, 3rd a good result for BJ Toal, 4th Connor Cummins, and 5th place going to Ray Porter.

St Patrick’s Invitation Feature Race saw win number two for Michael Laverty. In fact Laverty had led the race from start to finish, closely followed by teammate Ian Lowery, third Cameron Donald and fourth going to Scot Keith Amor

Superbike National Race two the final race of the day saw Aussie Cameron Donald take his second victory on the Uel Duncan machine, although not having it easy and having battled it out with Rainey and team mate Amor. Rainey again having to settle for 2nd, Keith Amor finishing 3rd, and a good finish by Dungannon's John Burrows 4th on the HM Sports Suzuki .

Afterward Amor said "The 600 was really good out there I was with Cameron all the way in places and I was pushing hard and am really pleased with the result".
